Verweij Fashion is a family owned business, founded in 1955 by A.H. Verweij. In that time Mr. Verweij ran his business from a small shop in Rotterdam, in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on quality garments which he imported from Italy. The company gradually grew larger over the years and is now a well-known and respected force in the fashion industry.

The current owners, Karel and Robert Verweij started out at a young age with designing, selling and sourcing quality products under their father’s close supervision. They quickly learned the necessity of putting consideration and thought into every detail of the work.

Today, collections are designed and developed in the headquarters in Amsterdam, while the production takes place in Europe and Asia. Day by day top-quality fabrics and yarns are chosen from the best suppliers across the world.

Our tailors, designers and engineers share one mutual task; Creating the perfect garment! This is a work of precision. Starting in 1955, we have had time to overcome obstacles and correct mistakes. Simply to get it right.

Of course, it is still a challenge to make sure every detail is perfect but that’s a challenge we love day in day out. Therefore, we stay humble and continue our work process to reach perfection. Building from a foundation of genuine knowledge, we look forward to all the years ahead of us!
